The Neighborhood Fund and Hands On Atlanta have partnered to present Love Your Block (LYB). 
The program to support citizens and neighborhood groups who want to plan and organize efforts to beautify their communities.  This year, Love Your Block will be offered a a grant making track of the Neighborhood Fund, an initiative of the community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, with two application deadlines: March 13 and October 15.  LYB will continue to provide mini-grants up to $1,000 to resident groups not just in the city of Atlanta, but also throughout the 23 county metro Atlanta area served by the Community Foundation. For more information on the guidelines for this mini-grant and the opportunity to apply for the Neighborhood Fund's Community building grant (for up to $10,000 in funds).
